
GORDON JACKSON
Director
Gordon is a qualified Electrician that started out on major construction projects in Sydney, Australia, and then moved to the British Virgin Islands to work on luxury homes on Moskito Island and Oil Nut Bay. In the BVI he evolved towards plumbing and mechanical coordination, and project and site management which culminated as MEP Project Manager for one of the biggest construction companies within the Caribbean. He then started an MEP project management and construction company, SEREC, currently contracted to multiple infrastructure projects as well as commercial and domestic projects throughout the BVI and Caribbean.

LUKE SHEPPARD
Director
Luke is approaching 15 years of experience in the construction industry, working on a multitude of projects across the UK and the Caribbean. He specializes in commercial plumbing across a broad range of systems; on a wide variety of projects whilst working closely with engineers and designers to achieve an excellent installation that functions correctly for local conditions. He was originally based in London running his own business, busy working in the commercial sector on hotels, restaurants and schools before making the move over to the British Virgin Islands and the Caribbean. In the BVI he found himself working on multiple luxury projects on Moskito Island and Oil Nut Bay. From there he teamed up with SEREC to form an MEP company based in the Caribbean.

ALEX HUNTER
HVAC Director
Alex began his career over 20 years ago in the UK, specializing in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, earning a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in HVAC and Refrigeration. In 2010, he relocated to Bermuda, where he installed, serviced and maintained both commercial and residential systems. In 2013, Alex moved to Sydney, Australia, continuing in the same field. Two years later, in 2015, he transitioned to the Caribbean as an HVAC Project Manager. His role evolved into entrepreneurship with the founding of his own company, Island Chill, in the British Virgin Islands; later forming a partnership with SEREC.
