Peter Island Resort
British Virgin Islands

Overview
If you’re looking for a certified contractor to manage a really complex job, consider this project a testament to our abilities. We managed to deliver excellent results on schedule and under budget. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and the successful outcome speaks for itself.

Scope
On this Island resort in the British Virgin Islands, which was devastated by Hurricane Irma, we were tasked with upgrading new utilities for the development of Deadman’s Bay and tying in to the existing services of the Yacht club and Conference Center. SEREC coordinated the combining of old with new to deliver seamless connection of services from new MV loops and transformers, distribution panels, forced main/lift station sewage system, Waste Water Treatment Plant, islandwide hot water return system and power distribution throughout the project. In addition to the “civils works” SEREC’s team of plumbers, electricians and HVAC partner delivered internal works for new and existing buildings of the SPA, new Beach Lodge and new Conference Center.
