While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. At SEREC, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
Scope
This was a renovation project on a private island, in the British Virgin Islands, where we had to adapt existing services of a house into boutique hotel. Here we undertook a revamp of all the electrical and plumbing to create a superior end product that has an authentic feel of quality, style and beauty.
